Are there accommodations arranged or tie-ups with nearby hotels?
Yes, discounted rates are available at Krushnai Resort.
Is dormitory accommodation available?
Note: Dormitory is not available for female runners.
How do I reach the venue?
Airport : Pune International Airport 30 km.
Bus: Swargate / Shaniwar Wada, Deccan Gymkhana
Road : Connected via Sinhagad Road; cabs, taxis, and auto-rickshaws available.

What are the reporting times and are delays allowed?
Reporting times are 45 minutes before the Start time for each categories. All flag-offs will be on time. No late start will be allowed for safety reasons. Race directors decision will be final and binding.
What kind of terrain can I expect?
Rolling hills, mostly tarred roads, with an 11 km stretch of village roads. Barefoot-friendly except for the village section.
Can I change my race distance after registering?
Yes, contact the organizers via email or Instagram before October 31, 2026.
Are there pacers?
No, pacers are not provided for any category.
Is there a way to integrate the route into my Garmin?
Yes. All race routes are available on Strava, and you can download the GPX file from there tosync with your Garmin or any compatible GPS device.
What are the exact intermediate cut-off times at each checkpoints?
We will have the following intermediate cutoffs for 55km, 75Km and 100Km.
55Km - 35Km in 5 Hours
5Km - 55Km in 8 Hours 45 Minutes
100Km - 80Km in 12 Hours 45 Minutes
For 55Km and 75Km, we may let the runner continue after reviewing his health condition.
For 100Km, we won’t be able to let the runner continue.

Can I get a refund or defer my entry?
No refunds.
Deferral to next year possible for medical emergencies if informed at least one month in advance.
What are the eligibility criteria for each category?
25K / 35K: Minimum age 18 years.
55K / 75K / 100K: Minimum age 20 years and must have completed a full marathon in the last year.
BIB Collection
Where and when can I collect my BIB?
Venue: Shakuntal Hall, Ramnagar, Shakuntal Hall, Ramnagar, Bavdhan.
Date: November 21, 2026 (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Outstation runners : On race day, 30 minutes before flag-off.
Is spot registration for BIBs available?
No
Is parking available?
Yes, ample parking at the venue; carpooling is encouraged.
Is there a baggage counter?
Yes, a baggage counter will be available for all at the venue.
Is there a baggage drop off available on the route?
Yes, baggage drop/pickup available for following categories at following locations on the route.
For 55Km at 35Km
For 75Km at 46Km and 53Km
For 100Km at 46Km, 67Km and 78Km
How many aid stations are there?
25 /35 K Every 2-3 km
55K First 33 km every 4-5 km, last 20 km every 2-3 km
75/100K Initially every 4-5 km, last 20 km every 2-3 km
Do the aid stations provide cups?
Water will be provided in 200ml bottles at aid stations. Electrolyte and other beverages will be provided in cups.
Are there washrooms available?
Yes, at the venue and along the route (see route map for locations).
Are food and refreshments provided?
Yes, the venue and on the route at scheduled times and locations. Breakfast, lunch and specific points based for different categories.
What medical assistance is available?
Are there changing rooms, lost & found, and recovery/stretching areas?
Yes, all available at the venue.
Are there prizes and age categories?
Will post-race photos and certificates be provided?
When will race results and photos be available?
What gear is mandatory?
55K, 75K, 100K Headlamp, Hydration gear, Basic first aid, Mobile phone.
25K, 35K Hydration recommended, headlamp for early starters.
How accurate are the distances?
Can I correct mistakes in my registration?

What is the official procedure for a runner who needs to withdraw from the race (DNF)? Who must they report to, and where?
